A co-worker of mine recently did this and got his free copy. You get the Standard Version of Visual Studio (not the worthless Express edition) with some other stuff. Basically you watch a minimum of 3 web broadcasts teaching various aspects of .Net programming. I guess it's part of M$ 's brainwashing of the developer community.
